Whatever age your multiple-birth children may be, we would love to have your participation in our club. When it comes down to it, only mothers of multiples know what it’s like and can provide the kind of support needed. We welcome all mothers of multiples in the Salt Lake, Davis, Tooele and Summit counties and any other part of Utah to be a part of our organization. We are a year-round organization. We have many activities throughout the year including the summer months.
Membership Dues
Dues are paid only once per year. (The SLMOT year is June through May.) We have adjusted the annual dues to a sliding-fee scale based on the month membership is initiated, so that everyone re-joins in June, regardless of when they first joined. Financial assistance is available!

- Find the membership dues on the sliding scale table for the current month.
- Go to PayPal.com and send a payment for that amount to info.slmot@gmail.com.
- Fill out the membership form and email it to info.slmot@gmail.com. You could also print it off and mail it. NOTE: Having trouble saving and emailing the membership form? Simply type the information from the form into the body of an email and send it to info.slmot@gmail.com.
